MyWork AMLUpdated:

Anti-Money Laundering Policy (AML)Money laundering is
a criminal process of converting funds obtained illegally (including terrorism, corruption, drug
trafficking, etc.) into legal investments to hide their true source. This process aims to
prevent the illegal nature of such funds from being discovered by transforming them into
legitimate assets.
Governments around the world are fighting against money laundering and
terrorist financing to prevent criminal funds from entering the economy. Financial and
commercial institutions are particularly vulnerable to illegal operations of terrorist and
criminal organizations, especially virtual asset services. Therefore, MyWork actively
participates in preventing such criminal activities globally.
To achieve these goals, we
take the following actions:
- We conduct client identity verification and collect personal
information, as well as monitor all transactions made by users.
- We trace all suspicious operations and transactions made under
unusual circumstances.
- If our company suspects illegal activity or money laundering, it has
the full right to request additional verification or cancel such a transaction at any
stage.
- In accordance with international law, MyWork is not obligated to
notify the client of suspicions regarding their criminal activities.
- These actions are based on AML recommendations developed by FATF.
To prevent suspicious transactions and verify client identity, we reserve the right to regularly
update our electronic system in accordance with new regulations (if any arise). We also provide
various training sessions for our staff to improve the effectiveness of anti-money laundering
measures.
To prevent suspicious transactions, we reserve the right to deny access to our
services if we suspect that you are involved in the following prohibited activities: adult
entertainment or pornography, alcoholic beverages, weapons, defense, firearms or military
industries, cash transactions, chemicals, drugs and pharmaceutical products, energy and
utilities, human trafficking, illicit drug trade, government and public sector, multi-level
marketing, nonprofit and social services, protected species-related industries, precious metal
and stone/diamond business, real estate agent/broker/dealer, tobacco-related industries,
unlicensed FX/brokerage, unlicensed gambling, child abuse.
Multiple Accounts
PolicyCreating more than one account in the MyWork mobile application is
strictly prohibited.
If it is discovered that a client has more than one account, all
accounts will be temporarily disabled. The client will be asked to choose one account for
further use, while the rest will be permanently blocked.
If it is determined that a client
creates multiple accounts to bypass limits set by MyWork for a specific payment method, MyWork
reserves the right to request additional verification. If the client cannot provide the
requested information, MyWork will refund the payment to the original sender, while retaining
any applicable incoming and outgoing transaction fees.
