MyWork Terms of Use

These Terms of Service ("Terms of Use") include all terms, conditions, policies, and recommendations forusing the app.
When you ("You", or "User", or "Expert", or "Service Provider", or "Service Buyer", or "Visitor") use this mobile app ("MOB APP" or "Marketplace"), you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Use Agreementovania"). MyWork ("MyWork") may revise these terms from time to time in its sole discretion by updating this publication. Unless otherwise stated below, the revised terms and conditions will take effect from the moment they are published.

BY CONTINUING TO USE THE APP, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT OF USE AND ALL ITS CHANGES.
THIS APP IS NOT INTENDED FOR MINORS.

Our services are available only to individuals who can enter into legally binding contracts in accordance with the current legislation. You can use this app and the services available here as long as you are a registered user.

MYWORK IS A VENUE AND SEARCH ENGINE
The app functions as a platform for connecting experts and freelancers with project owners in the virtual market. As a neutral intermediary, MyWork does not directly participate in real transactions between app users. As a result, MyWork does not control the truthfulness, accuracy, quality, legality, or security of user posts. Because online verification of a user's identity is difficult, MyWork cannot and does not verify the identity of users. MyWork also does not confirm or verify the qualifications, experience, or abilities of users. Therefore, we recommend that you exercise caution and use common sense and common sense when communicating with any User in the App. Because MyWork helps experts find project owners in need of services, MyWork is considered the official crawler for each project accepted through the App and the associated project owner, and can charge a transaction fee for acting as a crawler. MyWork experts and project owners are responsible for meeting salary, tax, and legal requirements for any legal entity.
MyWork does not guarantee jobs, prospects, projects, or payouts.

YOUR RELATIONSHIPS WITH SELLERS, ADVERTISERS, AND USERS
Your correspondence with sellers, advertisers, or users of the App, including the development and delivery of related products or services, as well as any other terms, warranties, or representations related to such transactions, is solely between you and the seller, advertiser, or user. You agree not to hold MyWork liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of any such transactions or as a result of the presence of such sellers, advertisers, or users of the App.

MyWork is a distributor (not a publisher) of content provided by third parties and users of this App. MyWork has no editorial control over such content. Any opinions, advice, statements, services, suggestions, or other information or content expressed or provided by third parties, including information providers and users, belong to the respective author(s) or distributor (s), and not to MyWork. MyWork does not endorse and is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinions, advice, information, or statements made in this App by anyone other than authorized employees of MyWork acting in their official capacity. MyWork does not confirm or verify whether an expert claiming to be a professional or claiming to be qualified to provide professional advice has a license or other qualification to provide the requested services or advice. You understand and acknowledge that MyWork has no responsibility or control over the accuracy or reliability of the content.

RATING SYSTEM
As a User, you will be able to post public ratings of Users with whom you have made transactions. You also agree to receive public ratings from Users with whom you have entered into a transaction. You acknowledge that your score may consist of comments and ratings left by other users, and that MyWork may calculate a cumulative score based on these individual ratings. Experts agree that project owners evaluate them according to several criteria defined by MyWork. MyWork provides its rating and scoring system as a means by which users can publicly express their opinions, and MyWork does not monitor or censor these opinions and does not investigate any comments posted by users for accuracy or reliability. Please note that you may be held legally liable for damages incurred by other MyWork users or third parties as a result of these comments if the court determines that these comments are legally valid or defamatory. MyWork is not legally responsible for any ratings and comments published or made available to users or third parties, even if this information is defamatory or otherwise may result in legal action. You agree NOT to take any action that undermines the integrity of the evaluation system, including, but not limited to, actions set out in the Evaluation Policy.

POSTING INFORMATION IN THE APP
As a User, you will be allowed to post information, data, and text in publicly accessible sections of the App. You are not allowed to post third-party logos, seals, or slogans in any part of the App.

To manage the App, MyWork must have certain permissions. Consequently, when you post information, text, files, links, attachments, software, images or other materials ("Content") in the publicly accessible areas of the App, you agree or warrant that the owner of such Content has expressly granted: a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, fully sublicensed, non-exclusive right to use, reproduction, modification, transmission, distribution, performance, display and deletion of such Content (in whole or in part) and/or incorporation of such Content in other works in any form, media or technology currently known or developed later.

MyWork reserves the right to display your online status to other MyWork users MyWorkwhen you log in to MyWork, information about your connection to MyWork can be shared with other users.

Categories and Skills: Your categories and skills selected by you or based on projects that we believe you have shown interest in. Your bid for each category or parent category can be published in your Profile.

Job: Your current and / or previous work experience.

Courses and Certifications: Your current and / or previous participation in courses or certification programs.

Education and Academic Sciences: Your current and / or previous educational and academic experience.

Projects: Projects that you have published or participated in through MyWork or other third-party Apps or Services.

Who Watched: Your information may appear in other users ' profiles after you have chatted with them or viewed or visited their profiles on MyWork or other third-party apps, services, or apps.

Also Viewed: Your profile may display links and information about other users, freelancers, companies, or businesses that your profile visitors viewed before, during, or after viewing your profile.

Similar people: Your profile may display links and information about other users, freelancers, companies, or businesses that MyWork believes, in its sole discretion, may bear some resemblance to you, your business, or your profile in any form, in particular or in general, if at all.

Private notes: Your profile may display personal notes that other users have written or saved about you, your bets, or your profile.

Feedback and Ratings: Your profile may publicly display reviews, ratings, ratings, and ratings that others may have left about you or your work. For more information, see the "Rating System" section.

Third -party services: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, Vimeo, Dribbble, Behance, GitHub, StackOverflow, CodePen and others. For the most optimal disclosure, make sure that all versions of your profile are complete, complete, and accurate.

Translations: Any profile content such as your name, company name, descriptions, category descriptions, slogans, ratings, professional or academic experience, etc. that appears on your profile in any language other than English may be subject to automatic translation by MyWork. Please note that automatic translations may not always be accurate, and you are solely responsible for checking and editing such content to ensure its accuracy (you can do this in the international version of your profile). If you can't edit translated content, please contact MyWork customer support for help.

MyWork reserves the right to remove any information from your Profile or, alternatively, to completely delete your Profile for any reason without prior notice or justification for such action. Such action may be taken if we have reason to believe that you or any information in your profile may infringe any intellectual property, copyright, trademark, or license, or if MyWork has received a notice of removal or infringement notice on suspicion, copyright infringement, defamation, or other illegal content.

In addition, you hereby acknowledge and acknowledge that your information may appear in external search engines. PROTECT YOUR PASSWORD
You must protect the user ID and password that you use to access this App. You allow us to assume that any person using the App with your user ID and password is either you or authorized to act on your behalf. Your MyWork account (including ratings) and user ID cannot be transferred or sold to another party.

PAYMENT FOR SERVICES RENDERED BY EXPERTS
Payments between Users are made independently, outside of the MyWork system.
MyWork is not responsible for any breach of contract, unpaid or received payments, or any other dispute or disagreement regarding payments and / or services rendered or not rendered between Users.

COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH USING THIS APP
For subscription buyers, a monthly service fee will be charged in advance each month according to the chosen payment method, until the service is canceled.
For the avoidance of doubt, please make it clear that a purchased subscription cannot be suspended or frozen.
MyWork charges subscription fees for users registered as experts and certified experts, for users who use payment services, and can also charge for publishing hot projects. MyWork is not responsible for any loss of business, termination of business relationships, or any other loss or loss incurred by any user as a result of the introduction or modification of fees in the app or the User's decision to stop paying for the subscription.
After purchasing a subscription, certification, project, or other product or service on MyWork, you will not be able to freeze or cancel your membership, nor will you be able to receive a partial or full refund for a portion of the membership, service, or product that has already been used or is yet to be used. In addition, MyWork reserves the right to change the commission calculation method at any time.

USER'S RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree NOT to perform any of the following when using the App:

Violate any applicable law or regulation;
Accessing, interfering with, or using restricted or unauthorized sections of the App. Unauthorized persons who attempt to access these sections of the App may be subject to prosecution.
Connections to the app using non-standard or unauthorized methods, applications, scripts, or interfaces. Unauthorized access attempts may be prosecuted by law.
Interfere with other users' posts.
Place third-party logos, seals, or slogans in any part of the App.
Request or collect any user information available in the app, such as the names and email addresses of other users, for any commercial or business purposes, or to transmit any unsolicited advertising, "junk mail", "spam", or "happy letter";
Do anything that could create or impose an unreasonable or disproportionately heavy load on the app.
A frame or link to the app, except as permitted by MyWork in writing.
Impersonate another person or misrepresent their affiliation to any individual or legal entity.
Post false or misleading information about a product, service, or service request.
Publish or transmit any Content that violates the intellectual property rights or the publicity or privacy rights of third parties;
Publish or transmit any Content that is illegal, incorrect, fraudulent, defamatory, offensive, illegal, threatening, pornographic, nudity, harmful (including, but not limited to, viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs), excessive disregard or condemnation of MyWork or other users, or other undesirable behavior.

Repeat any action after receiving a warning or request to stop using MyWork, regardless of whether this action is explicitly specified in the rules. This includes continuing to use the MyWork service under the same account, a different account, or re-registering under a new account after your membership has been temporarily suspended, suspended indefinitely, or terminated.
Do not respond to an email from MyWork regarding a violation, dispute, or complaint.

BUYING AND SELLING SERVICES ON MyWork
You agree to:

Be financially responsible for your use of MyWork and purchase of services.
Comply with MyWork's rules on project placement and bidding for projects, which may be updated from time to time.
Fulfill your obligations and complete the transaction as specified in the terms of the published project and/or your application or the Terms of Business agreement, whichever is later, after you have selected the expert or the expert has accepted the project, respectively, unless such transaction is prohibited by law or this Agreement. In particular, after accepting the offer, the project owner agrees to purchase the services, and the expert agrees to provide the services in accordance with the terms of the final offer or the terms of business agreed by the parties, taking into account any further increase or decrease in the cost of the project. Without limiting MyWork's other remedies, we may issue a warning, temporarily suspend, indefinitely terminate or terminate your membership, and refuse to provide you with any services for no reason, at our sole discretion and without prior notice to you.

Without limiting the above, we may close, suspend or restrict your access to your Account:

If you violate any of the terms and conditions of this Usage Agreement or agreements incorporated therein by reference, including our written policies and procedures;
If We are unable to verify or verify the authenticity of any information that you provide to us;

NOTIFICATIONS

CANCELLATION
We may cancel your membership if we have reason to believe that you have violated or acted contrary to the letter or spirit of this Agreement of Use, or have violated our rights or those of another party. MyWork reserves the right to terminate any user for any reason at its sole discretion. We will notify you if we cancel your membership, unless, in our opinion, the notification will result in the risk of further disruption or damage. However, we will notify you that your account will be cancelled if the law requires such notification. When your membership is revoked, you will no longer be able to access the data, messages, files, and other content that you store in the App. The content can be deleted along with all your previous posts and suggestions. The terms entitled "Errors and Disclaimers of Warranties", "Compensation", "Limitation of Liability", "Retention of Rights" and "General Terms" will continue to apply after you cancel your registration. COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK PROTECTION
The app contains trademarks and other materials provided by MyWork, its licensors, and other users. You must assume that everything you see or read in the public sections of the App that was not provided or received by You (such as images, photos, illustrations, text, and other materials) (the"App Content") is protected by copyright, unless otherwise stated. You may not sell, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publicly perform, prepare derivative works based on, repost, or otherwise use any of the App's content in any way for any public or commercial purpose without the prior written consent of MyWork or the copyright holder. You may not use the App's Content on any other App, Website, or networked computer environment for any purpose other than personal viewing. To protect the trade secrets of MyWork and its Licensor, you agree that you will not "reverse engineer" any App Content consisting of downloadable software, except as specifically authorized by the trade secret owner or otherwise permitted by law. If you violate any of these terms, your permission to use the App Content will be automatically terminated; You must immediately destroy any copies of the App Content made by you; and We may revoke your permission to use the App.

PLAYBACK
This App or any part of it may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise used for any commercial purpose that is not expressly authorized by MyWork. MyWork and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, close accounts, and / or cancel service or membership requests at their sole discretion, including, but not limited to, if MyWork believes that the User's behavior violates applicable law or harms the interests of MyWork and its affiliates.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY
MyWork respects the intellectual property of others and expects the same from our Users. At our sole discretion and under appropriate circumstances, MyWork may terminate user accounts that infringe on other people's intellectual property rights.

LINKS
The app may contain links to other apps, websites, or resources. You acknowledge and agree that MyWork is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of such apps, sites, or resources, or the content, advertising, or products found on the resources. Posting any link in the App does not mean that We approve of it. You use the links at your own risk.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Neither myworknor any other party involved in the creation, production, or provision of the app (including, but not limited to, third-party apps and app content) is responsible for any incidental, special, consequential, or consequential damages resulting from your access, or the use or inability to use the app and app content based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, and whether or not we are aware of the possibility of such damages. RETENTION OF RIGHTS, LIMITED LICENSES
MyWork and its licensors reserve all their rights, title, and interests with respect to all patent rights, inventions, copyrights, know-how, and trade secrets relating to the App. The User acknowledges that the MyWork logo, slogan and name are trademarks of MyWork and may be registered in certain jurisdictions. All other product names, company names, marks, logos, and symbols in the App may be trademarks of their respective owners.
Except as expressly provided by MyWork, nothing in this Usage Agreement may be construed as granting any license under any intellectual property rights of MyWork or any third party, whether by objection, implied or otherwise.

ERRORS AND DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES
YOU USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN RISK. We strive to provide a user-friendly and functional App, but We do not guarantee that it will be bug-free or that the App or the server it runs on is free of viruses or other malicious components. We strongly recommend that you keep backups of the materials you store or use in the App.

As mentioned above, We remind you to be careful when dealing with other users. Without limiting THE foregoing, EVERYTHING IN THE APP (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THIRD-PARTY APPS AND APP CONTENT) IS PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" AND" AS AVAILABLE " WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. MyWork MAKES NO WARRANTIES THAT THE APP (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THIRD-PARTY APPS AND APP CONTENT) MEETS THE USER'S REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
MyWork ALSO MAKES NO WARRANTIES ABOUT THE RESULTS THAT CAN BE OBTAINED FROM THE APP, OR THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE APP.

COMPENSATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MyWork, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, actions, or demands, including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, made by any third party in connection with or as a result of your use of the App or the Content of the App, including but not limited to, claims against MyWork for unsatisfactory performance of the services listed in the App, or your violation of this Agreement of Use.

MAIN PROVISIONS
You are responsible for complying with applicable local laws, taking into account that access to the Content of the App may be illegal for certain individuals or in certain countries. If any part of this Usage Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the unenforceable part must be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remainder will remain in full force and effect. This Agreement of Use is personal to you, and you may not transfer, assign, or delegate this Agreement of Use to anyone without the express written permission of MyWork. Any attempt by you to assign, transfer or delegate this Usage Agreement without the express written permission of MyWork is invalid. This Usage Agreement and any registration or subsequent use of the App will not be construed as creating or implying any agency, independent contractor, franchise, partnership, or joint venture relationship between any User and MyWork.

This Usage Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute related to this Usage Agreement will be settled in binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the Israel Arbitration Association. Any dispute that you may have with respect to this Application must be initiated within three months of its occurrence, otherwise the claim will be dismissed.

The Usage Agreement and agreements referred to in this Usage Agreement constitute the entire agreement between you and MyWork regarding the use of the App and supersede all previous agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained in this document, as well as any conflicting or inconsistent terms in this Agreement.

We suggest that you print out a copy of this Usage Agreement for your records.
compensation
You agree to protect, indemnify, and hold harmless MyWork, its officers, directors, employees, and agents (each of whom is an "Exempt Party"). from any and all losses, damages, and costs incurred by the Indemnified Party as a result of any action, action, or other legal proceeding brought by a third party against such Indemnified Party in connection with your use of the App.

SAFETY
MyWork is committed to providing you with a secure and reliable ecommerce environment. We will use commercially reasonable methods to securely store your personal information in our files and systems. Please note that due to modern technologies, we cannot guarantee the security of your data when transmitting it over the Internet.

DISPUTES BETWEEN PROJECT OWNERS AND EXPERTS
Any disputes related to services provided by Experts or payments made by Project Owners remain between such Experts and the Project Owners. By using the Apps, you acknowledge that MyWork will not be a party to any such dispute and will not be obligated to take any action or refrain from taking any action to resolve any such dispute.

EXPERTS AND SPECIALIZATION CATEGORIES

Experts must purchase an expert subscription plan before accessing projects.
Users will be listed as experts only after their specialization in the category is approved. This means that if experts are not approved in any of the categories for which they apply, they will not be listed as experts and will not have access to projects.

EVALUATION POLICY
MyWork provides its rating and scoring system as a means by which users can publicly express their opinions, and MyWork does not monitor or censor these opinions and does not investigate any comments posted by users for accuracy or reliability. Please use common sense when submitting ratings or other comments about other MyWork users or other third parties. Please note that you may be held legally liable for damages incurred by other MyWork users or third parties as a result of these comments if the court determines that these comments are legally valid or defamatory. MyWork is not legally responsible for any ratings or comments published or available on its resources by any users or third parties, even if this information is defamatory or otherwise may lead to legal actions.
You agree NOT to take any action that undermines the integrity of the evaluation system, including, but not limited to:

Leaving fake ratings for yourself or another user: using the secondary username of MyWork or other MyWork members to artificially increase the level of your own ratings or create negative ratings for another user.
Rating threats: A request from another MyWork user to do something that they are not required to do, under the threat of leaving a negative rating. ("Pay me an additional $ 200, or I'll..." or " Provide an additional logo design, or I'll... [even if it's not specified in the original project description]").
Rating offer: An offer to sell or buy services in exchange for positive ratings, trade ratings unfairly, or buy ratings.
Violation of these rules may result in your account being blocked. If you are aware of a potential violation, please report the violations.

To protect the integrity of the rating system and protect users from abuse, MyWork will consider deleting ratings in some cases. If you believe that another user left a rating that falls under one of the following scenarios, please contact us at info@mywork.work and provide full information about the project and evaluation.

MyWork reserves the right to reject or delete projects or assignments in the following cases:

The project or job description wasn't detailed enough.
The project or job description contained potentially confusing or unclear information.

MyWork reserves the right to remove any projects that violate the terms of this Agreement of Use, at its sole discretion.

MyWork will consider deleting ratings in the following cases:

MyWork is provided together with a resolution or settlement agreement from a MyWork-approved certified dispute resolution service or legal body.
When the published ratings or information are intended to receive or request contact information of any user, such as email addresses of other users, for any commercial or business purposes not related to MyWork, or to transmit any unsolicited advertising, "junk mail", "spam" or "happy letter";
If the posted ratings or information contain profanity, vulgar language, or adult content. Offensive or inflammatory expressions such as "scammer, scammer, liar, thief" are strongly discouraged, but will not be removed.
When it turns out that the published ratings or information were left by a minor or a user or for a user who conducted a fraudulent transaction;
If the published estimates or information are not directly related to transactions conducted through MyWork.
If the published assessments or information contain any references to actions taken or intended to be taken by MyWork or any law enforcement organization;
MyWork is provided subject to a valid court order recognizing that the impugned assessment is defamatory, or otherwise illegal, or a settlement agreement authorizing such action, submitted by both attorneys and signed by both parties.
The user who left the evaluation provided MyWork with false contact information during the transaction period (confirmed by MyWork), and MyWork cannot contact them.
The user who left a rating participates in a MyWork transaction with the intention of leaving ratings as part of a campaign to harass MyWork participants (as confirmed by MyWork).
A negative rating was intended for another user only if the user responsible for the erroneous rating contacted MyWork and gave the same rating to the corresponding user. This does not apply to a rating that was mistakenly marked negative instead of positive, or vice versa.

GENERAL CONTENT POLICY
You agree NOT to publish or transmit any of the following to the App:

Content that violates this or any other policy specified in the App.
Software that can transmit information about files and / or data that the computer user downloads from the Internet or about any other actions on the computer. This type of software is commonly referred to as "spywareПО". Software can contain spyware if it gives users a clear and visible notification that it contains spywareПО. The notification should describe the information that the spyware will collect and indicate to whom it will be transmitted. Adult or sexual content or images.

Unprofessional or dismissive comments about an expert, project owner, or MyWork.
Projects that contain prohibited content or violate the Project's Policy.
Bids that contain prohibited content or violate the Competition Policy.
Unprofessional, disparaging comments about a competitor, MyWork, expert, or project owner.
Offer/Offer/offer to another user to contact you directly to buy or sell services outside of MyWork.
SWF / Flash files in your portfolio or MyWork profile that contain links to internal or external pages.

TRADE POLICY
By placing bets on MyWork, you agree to the following:

Place accurate bids that reflect the scale of the project and the amount of time/effort you plan to spend to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction.
Place a new request that reflects any changes in the price, delivery date, or approach.
Do not place unnecessarily low bids, "jokes" or tests. If you don't have enough information about the project, contact the project owner to request more information, indicate your assumptions about the scope of the project in your application, and indicate that you will update the application as soon as you receive more information, or don't apply for the project. .
Bets placed with the intent to commit fraud will result in immediate removal from the trading platform.
Make reasonable efforts to place individual bids for each project and avoid placing boilerplate or boilerplate offers.
Do not offer your services in exchange for a positive review or for free.
If the project is published in sufficient detail and other experts bid on the total amount of the project, do not apply based on unit measurements.
Respond to requests sent by the MyWork team within 3 business days.

PROJECT POLICY
You agree NOT to publish any of the following:

Projects with insufficiently detailed descriptions, which may prevent the expert from submitting accurate and clearly defined applications and proposals.
Projects that appear fake are published without the intention of awarding an award or completing the project, or are published only to get pricing information.
Projects that offer commission, equity compensation, or request free services, unless they are listed as non-profit projects.
Advertisements, personal ads, or service offers.
Full-time employment or recruitment.
Projects related to adult content or businesses.
Projects related to mass mailing / "SPAM", including, but not limited to, хостингemail mass mailing hosting, scripts, programs, proxies, lists, and relay servers.

MyWork reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, delete or prevent publication of any project that violates any of these rules.

AFFILIATE PROGRAM AND "Bring a Friend"
MyWork members can receive a commission for each member who is invited to MyWork and purchases a subscription plan, starting with the second referral. MyWork reserves the right to verify the legality of each referral and reserves the exclusive right to refuse payments to referralsif there is a suspicion of fraudulent or misleading activity, at its sole discretion.

CURRENCY AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
MyWork can display rates, commissions, prices, and amounts in different currencies.
These rates are based on the conversion of the source currency using estimated market exchange rates obtained from third-party currency exchange rate providers.
You understand and agree that these rates may significantly affect the cost of commissions and services that you pay on MyWork.
You are responsible for all risks associated with paying in the various available currencies, including, but not limited to, the risk that amounts will fluctuate as exchange rates change, which may result in higher or lower prices being paid by you.
Rates, fees, prices and amounts displayed in the App are final at the time of payment and are non-refundable.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We may terminate, suspend or restrict your access to your Account for no reason and without the right to a refund for any unused portion of previously purchased services or memberships.
Without limiting the above, we may close, suspend or restrict your access to your Account:

if we determine that you have violated or are acting in violation of this User Agreement;
if you underestimate the bid for any Project, trying to review the actual price in private, avoiding commissions;
if we determine that you have breached legal obligations (actual or potential), including infringement of someone else's intellectual property rights;
if we determine that you have participated or are engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities;
if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have made any form or form of threat, whether in writing, verbally or physically, to the company, any of its employees, managers or staff, its users, or any related partners or affiliates;
you are subject to UN, EU, Israeli or US sanctions, or our banking and payment relationships otherwise prevent us from doing business with you;
to manage any risk of loss to us, the User, or any other person; or
for any other reason, with or without reason, at the discretion of the company or its management.
